From Tromsø airport: E8 south, then Fv858 towards Vikran through the Ryatunnelen, about 35 minutes. Airport transfer on request: 2 200 NOK between 20:00 and 08:00. For up to 4 persons. For larger groups write to us for an individual price. Bus to the tunnel stop and our pick-up: 300 NOK.
Message us on WhatsApp the day before you fly, again before you board, and once you have landed. The driver waits at the petrol station about 200 metres from the arrivals exit and comes to the car park when you tell us you have your luggage, roughly 45 minutes after the flight lands. Tell us straight away if passport control, customs, baggage or the flight itself holds you up. Without a message the driver leaves 1 hour 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, and a new transfer is charged separately.
The transfer includes one shopping stop of up to 30 minutes, then 200 NOK for each further 10 minutes. We can also shop for you before you arrive: 200 NOK for up to 10 items, 400 NOK above that. The groceries themselves are paid in cash on arrival, because our colleagues buy them with their own money; paying by our company card adds 10 per cent.
