This page explains what we collect when you book a stay or send a request, and what happens to it afterwards.
The booking engine
Apartments are booked through Smoobu, our booking engine. Smoobu collects the name, e-mail, phone number, arrival and departure dates and the payment details needed to hold and pay for the booking. Smoobu processes payments directly; we never see the full card number.
The request form
The request form on this site (boats, rods, transfers, meals and other extras) collects the name, e-mail, phone number, dates and message you type in. It reaches us by e-mail and is stored as a request so we can answer it.
Who receives it
Booking data goes to Smoobu and to Vikran Ferie AS. Request-form data goes to Vikran Ferie AS only. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else.
Retention
Booking and request records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, normally up to five years, then deleted.
Analytics
This site runs no analytics or tracking scripts by default. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
